My goal as a practitioner is to create harmony between body, mind, and spirit in order to feel whole, rested, and rejuvenated. I take a compassionate approach that addresses physical pain and discomfort while calming the mind of stress and anxiety.
My interest in wellness began during my first career, which was in theater. I worked for 20 years as an electrician, traveled the world, met my husband, and began a family. People in theater work long hours, and I noticed that the healthier a person was, the happier they tended to be, and the more they got what they wanted in life. I decided to explore a new career in wellness, first in massage therapy, and then branching out into more energy-focused techniques.
I use various healing modalities such as Myofascial Release, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Dynamic Body Balancing, Alchemical Alignment, Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy, and Prenatal and Perinatal Dynamics. With my ten years of experience, I tailor my sessions to address what each individual is currently experiencing. I see clients in Edgewater and Annapolis, MD. Learn more
